NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the next Annual General Meeting of The Entrance Leagues Club Limited will be held at The Entrance Leagues Club on, Monday February 24th, 2026 at 6.30pm.
All business and notices of motions to be dealt with at the Annual General Meeting shall be handed to the Chief Executive Officer at least forty-two days (42) prior to the date of such meeting.
All categories of Members are eligible to vote as per Article 36.17 and subject to Article 27.4 and 27.5 as per the Club’s Constitution/ Memorandum and Articles of Association.
Election of Board of Directors:
Non Voting Year, due to the Bi-Annual Rule
Should any Financial Member require a copy of the 2025 Financial Statements for the year ending September 30th, 2023, these can be obtained on the Clubs Website www.telclub.com.au or ask at Reception and one will be posted to you.
